Up and Coming Events

Hamilton’s exclusive obstacle course race, Hell in the Harbour, is back this summer on Saturday August 18th, 2018 to raise the bar! As the event continues to grow with more obstacles, more fun and more entertainment, we are excited to build on the momentum and continue to engage the amazing community that has helped make this event a big success! Hell in the Harbour allows participants to take on an obstacle course designed to challenge individuals of all fitness levels all in support of The Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Ontario.

Hell in the Harbour is an endurance run unlike any other which takes place across a 6km course spanning Hamilton’s beautiful waterfront with over 15 obstacles designed to challenge, inspire and make participants smile! Hell in the Harbour blends community pride with historical Canadian tradition as participants get to climb on-board the H.M.C.S. Haida and tackle obstacles designed and operated by serving members of Canada’s Armed Services. Hell in the Harbour is an event for all fitness levels and will offer a ‘competitive/timed’ category to satisfy those with a competitive edge and who want to see how their time stacks up against the rest and a ‘just for fun’ category for participants who want to take on each obstacle at their own pace and see what Hell in the Harbour is all about!

Inspector Glenn Bullock, Hamilton Police Services, proudly takes the reigns once again as Hell in the Harbour’s official Chairperson for 2018. With nearly $150,000 raised through the first three events, Hell in the Harbour is excited as we continue to march towards our first milestone of $200,000 raised! All fundraising go directly to the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Ontario.
